A typical customer configuration is expected to cost around or below €80,000, which corresponds to the manual-charger configuration. Chargers are priced separately from the robot.
Support plans
Three after-sales plans exist: a Free plan (pay-as-you-go service and parts at list price, first-year warranty, first-year software upgrades, online self-help portal), Basic Care, and Full Care. Customers choose a plan at purchase; an ongoing agreement is optional. Details are covered under Support.
Software choices
The robot ships with Standard software; the Advanced upgrade adds VDA 5050, a REST API, Fleet Manager availability, and advanced mission planning. The upgrade is easiest to install at the factory when the robot is ordered. See the software comparison.
