Decide before you ask
A complete quote covers four choices:
- Charger: manual or automatic. Chargers are priced separately from the robot.
- Software: Standard or the Advanced upgrade — the upgrade is easiest to install at the factory when the robot is ordered.
- Deployment: out-of-box setup by your own team, or the five-day installation and commissioning package.
- Support plan: chosen at purchase — Free, Basic Care, or Full Care. See Support.
