Faster Deployment

Deployment speed is one of the J1600's defining results. Where a conventional automation project is measured in weeks or months, a standard J1600 goes to work in hours to one day, with operators trained in about 30 minutes.

The deployment numbers

MilestoneTime
First autonomous task by a first-time userWithin roughly 15 minutes
Operator training (existing electric-pallet-jack operator)About 30 minutes
Typical setup, depending on scopeHours to one day
Adding a new destination laterMinutes — drive there and tap Save location

These times were demonstrated publicly: at an industry test event, a first-time user who had only ever driven ordinary electric pallet jacks saved a location, created a drop-and-return task, confirmed automatic mode, and watched the robot navigate around people.

Why it is fast

  • No infrastructure. 3D LiDAR SLAM navigation needs no tracks, wires, reflectors, or building modifications. The robot learns the facility while an operator drives it.
  • No IT project. Wi-Fi is optional for basic use; no warehouse-management-system, fleet-manager, or IT integration is required.
  • No code. Tasks are created on the 15-inch touchscreen with teach-and-repeat: drive to a point, save it, combine saved points into tasks.
  • Familiar tool. In manual mode the J1600 handles like a conventional walk-behind electric pallet jack, so existing operators start from what they know.
  • Ready out of the box. The standard product is usable on delivery, with an on-device tutorial.

Structured go-live when you want it

For sites that prefer a formal project, an optional five-day installation and commissioning package (€10,000 end-user list price) covers pre-installation feasibility, risk assessment and project planning, setup with up to 25 validated drop points, task and safety validation, group and individual operator training for up to six operators, monitoring, troubleshooting, acceptance testing, and handover. This is a go-live risk-reduction service — not a prerequisite for using the machine.

Low-risk evaluation first

A two-week paid trial (€4,000 including setup and support) puts a robot into your own flow with a full day of on-site deployment and training support, unlimited remote support, and free return at any time. See the FAQ on product capabilities and the products section for purchase paths.
