How to Add a Drop Location & Create Tasks on the J1600

Watch — CEO Emil Hauch Jensen walks through the core workflow:

  1. Drive manually to the drop point — the J1600 handles like a regular electric pallet jack.
  2. Tap Save location and name it (for example pallet1 or "Pallet Bay 1").
  3. Tap Create task, choose Drop Pallet at Location, and choose stop-and-wait as the post-drop behavior.
  4. Execute the task, confirm automatic mode, and step back.

How to Charge Your Robot

Watch — the two charging options. Manual: plug in the charger during a break, for example before lunch. Automatic: with the optional automatic charger, the robot drives over, positions itself in front of the charger, and the charging interface extends to the vehicle's charging plates, enabling opportunity charging. Runtime can exceed eight hours in a typical duty cycle.

How do you get help if you have a technical issue with your robot?

Watch — on the machine, open the menu, choose Help/Support, and scan the QR code to send a technical request directly. Three service packages exist: Free, Basic, and Full. See Support.

How many pallet locations can I have
