Test and Demonstration Facility

The Mobile Robot Company operates a demo and test area in the Copenhagen area. It serves two purposes: validating the J1600 under realistic conditions, and giving prospects a place to test the robot before buying.

Real-world validation conditions

The facility is used for validation under intentionally real-world conditions, including:

• uneven flooring;
• water-filled test loads;
• multiple simultaneous test setups.

The goal is to prove the robot in conditions that resemble actual warehouses rather than idealized lab floors. The J1600's operating limits still apply — automatic driving is an indoor, level-floor application.

Customer visits and trials

Customers can visit the facility for demonstrations and trials. For a proof of concept, machines can instead be taken to the customer's own plant, so the evaluation runs under the customer's real conditions. Evaluation routes — demonstration, two-week paid trial, and proof of concept — are described in the Support section and through the partner network.
